Nominate a peer recognition awardee

This recognition is intended to publicly recognize school nurses statewide who demonstrate excellence in school nursing practice and leadership in school health.

Eligibility criteria:
  • RN in a school setting with an active CT license
  • Active ASNC/NASN member

Nomination documents include:
  • A nomination form
  • A nomination letter describing how the nurse meets the purpose of this award.
