Nominate a school nurse administrator of the year
The purpose of this award is to publicly recognize one school nurse administrator/supervisor/coordinator each year, who exemplifies the highest level of professionalism, leadership, and vision for school nursing in CT.

Eligibility criteria:
- Active CT RN license
- Qualified school nurse, as defined here
- Minimum 5 years as a school nurse supervisor / health coordinator for a CT school district
- Active member of ASNC/NASN for at least 2 years
Nomination documents include:
- A nomination form
- A 1-2 page letter from the nominating person describing how and why the school nurse administrator meets the purpose of this award
- Three to five additional letters of recommendation supporting the nomination
